What is the future of learning? And what does this mean for teaching? If we look at the emerging landscape, the world our students are moving into pretty much dictates how we must teach. Just as the world is changing, so is learning. Where once a designated body of knowledge and some accompanying skills set us up for life, the current reality is that much more is at stake. Not only must we be student-centric in our teaching, but we must also, within inclusive, interdisciplinary and contextual frameworks, develop enabling key fluencies, skills and mindsets so that our students master the ability to learn, un-learn and re-learn for life in a rapidly changing world.
Using game-based learning strategies, this module issues a challenge and takes you on three quests as you explore and experience the 21st Century landscape whilst completing your mission.
